Registration for Business Contacts 2024 is expected to open in November.

1. We are hereby registering for the Business Contacts on May 24, 2024:

The registration deadline is January 31, 2024 unless all places have already been allocated before this date. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you cancel your registration after January 31, 2024, 50% of the participation fee will be due. If you cancel your registration three weeks before the career fair, Business Contacts GmbH will charge the full price.

The Digital package (600 Euro plus VAT)° includes:
- Profile in the talentefinder App
- Profile on the career fair website
- Scheduling of interviews for May 23, 2024

The Basic package (3,600 Euro plus VAT)° includes:
- Fair booth
- Profile in the talentfinder App
- Profile on the career fair website
- Possibility of interviews at the fair booth
- Participation in the pre-fair event

The Superior package (4,000 Euro plus VAT)° includes all services of the Basic package and:
- Placement of up to three job offers in the talentefinder App
- Participation in the Career Lunch

The premium package (4,200 euros plus VAT)° includes all services of the Basic package and:
- Participation in the fair rally
- If required and depending on capacity: interviews in a seperate room away from the career fair action
- Placement of up to seven job offers in the talentefinder App
- An exclusive social media post for your company in the run-up to the career fair
Optional extension (for the Basic and Superior packages):

The invoice will be issued after confirmation of registration. Payment is due within 14 days from invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, Business Contacts GmbH only needs to render its service if payment is received before the start of the career fair. Other consequences of default remain unaffected. After registration you will receive the necessary information for the transmission of the profile page and logo for the Business Contacts website. The deadline for receipt of all required documents is January 31, 2024. Documents submitted too late can no longer be considered. Places for the Career Lunch are limited to 8.

The final allocation of fair booth will take place after the end of the registration period. Your desired location will be accommodated as best as possible.

7. Booth set up:

Your fair booth can be set up on:

  • May 23, 2004 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
  • May 24, 2024 between 7 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

To ensure that the career fair runs smoothly, please let us know on which day you would like to set up your booth:

       
8. Booth dismantling:

The fair booth must be dismantled on May 24, 2024 between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Storage of the booth material in advance or afterwards is possible within certain limits by prior arrangement. If the dismantling times are not observed, Business Contacts GmbH will commission the dismantling on your behalf and at your expense.

In the case of selection options, only the checked variants or completed quantities are considered ordered.
